Do you offer in-person appointments?
I currently offer only virtual appointments for clients in Illinois from the comfort and convenience of your home or office. I use a HIPAA compliant version of Zoom so your sessions are private and protected.

Do you accept insurance?
I am currently in-network with Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum. I do not accept Medicaid, or Medicare.

What is your cancellation policy?
Missed appointments and appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a fee of $75.

What can I expect during my first appointment?
To make an appointment, please reach out via telephone, email, or contact form. Once an appointment is established, I will collect insurance and demographic information, along with provide digital privacy, consent, and policy forms to be completed prior to the first session.

I will send you a Zoom link with instructions for your scheduled appointment.

The first few sessions will be focused on gathering information about what brings you to counseling, reviewing significant histories, and establishing treatment goals and objectives. I take a non-invasive, trauma-informed approach to collecting background information during those first initial sessions. Sessions are between 50-55 minutes

Do you offer consultations?
Please call or email for a free 15-minute consultation. I do my best to respond to all calls and emails within 24hrs, with the exception of weekends and holidays which will be returned during the next business day.
